A new CARSTAR in Brooklyn, New York, recently celebrated its grand opening, according to a press release.
CARSTAR Brooklyn Auto Solutions, owned by Dwayne Simon, measures 20,000 square feet, making it one of the largest CARSTAR locations in the area.
The new store held a grand opening event on June 24 at its facility located at 10019 Glenwood Road to invite the local community to become familiar with them.
The shop was decorated for the occasion and offered guests complimentary beverages and appetizers and a tour of the facility before ending with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and closing remarks from General Manager Tamara Jones.
Guests and other speakers at the event included New York City's Public Advocate Jumaane Williams, Senior Community Board Leader Hassan Bakiridden, and the Caribbean Chamber of Commerce’s Senior Director of Operations Ana Walker.
“As one of the largest minority-owned body shops in the Brooklyn area, the CARSTAR Brooklyn Auto Solutions team and I are looking forward to making an impact in our community while delivering exceptional collision repair,” said Simon at the event’s commencement.
