The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) will be holding its next webinar on emerging technology in the collision repair industry, according to a press release.
The live broadcast will be led by AirPro Diagnostics Sr. VP of Operations & Automotive Technology Chuck Olsen on June 29. The webinar is titled “The Future Digital Landscape: Embracing ‘Blue-Sky Thinking.’”
Olsen will discuss what new technologies have been impacting the industry lately, such as artificial intelligence, calibration, electric vehicles, OEM repair procedures and other emerging technologies. Olsen will also go over what stakeholders should expect for the future and how businesses will be affected by these changes.
Olsen brings 43 years of experience working in automotive technologies and the collision repair industry and is the co-inventor of the Remote Vehicle Programming System and Method. He holds ASE Master and Advanced Technician Certifications and has been on many industry committees related to emerging technologies.
All industry segments are invited to attend the event, whether CIECA members or not. Olsen has encouraged attendees to ask questions and share their thoughts throughout the event.
