WIN ‘Most Influential Women’ Award Recipients Announced

The Women’s Industry Network has announced the recipients of its 2023 Most Influential Women awards, which will be formally conferred at WIN's annual conference this May.

The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) has announced the recipients of its 2023 Most Influential Women (MIW) awards, according to a press release.

Six women were chosen as winners based on their “industry influence, professional accomplishments, mentorship and community service.” They will be recognized at a gala that will take place during WIN’s 2023 Annual Conference in San Antonio, Texas, this May.

The Most Influential Women award was created in 1999 to honor women that have contributed “leadership, vision and commitment to excellence” to the industry. An independent selection committee of industry professionals is in charge of reviewing nominees and choosing the winners.

Those chosen as winners include Traci Calkins, regional sales manager of PPG; April Lausch, collision center manager of Faulkner Collision Center of Lancaster, Pennsylvania; Lakeitria Luter, director at Service King/Crash Champions; Yohanna Peet, training program manager at Caliber; Jaime Shewbridge, welding instructor at I-CAR; and Sabrina Thring, chief operation officer of Driven Brands.

“Through their dedication to excellence, commitment to community, and investment in the future through their willingness to mentor other women, these six extraordinary ladies have made a huge impact on the collision repair industry,” said Jenny Anderson, former WIN chairperson and 2023 committee chair of MIW.
