Driven Collision Gifts 5 Customers With $5K

Driven Brands' collision group, Driven Collision, has gifted $5,000 to a customer at five different locations.

March 3, 2023–Driven Collision, a collision group owned by Driven Brands, gifted $5,000 to a customer at five different locations, according to a press release.

Owners from “the ABRA, CARSTAR U.S., CARSTAR Canada, and Fix Auto USA” locations nominated customers from their stores to be chosen as recipients. An individual from five stores was each awarded $5,000 “following the holiday season and into the new year.”

ABRA Cloquet in Scanlon, Minnesota, chose Tim Homstad, a “long-time customer” whose own children now have their vehicles serviced at the same shop.

CARSTAR Fairborn C&H in Fairborn, Ohio, chose Carlette, who came to have her car repaired in early 2022. Her vehicle needed an integral part that was on backorder globally, prolonging the process by months. The CARSTAR team in Fairborn chose Carlette for her patience and understanding with them during that time.

CARSTAR Bancroft in Bancroft, Ontario, elected April Hannah as their winner, a local police officer who has been “trusting and patient” during a “long and stressful vehicle repair.”

CARSTAR Ste-Agathe in Val-David, Quebec, awarded their prize to a customer named Kevin, who had been facing “hardships” alongside his family but was “optimistic and courteous” during the repair process.

Finally, Fix Auto Kenmore, located in Kenmore, Washington, gave their customer Carrie the fifth award. Carrie had purchased a new vehicle before experiencing an accident, resulting in a lengthy repair due to the need for both new and used parts. The Kenmore team chose Carrie for being “kind and gracious” toward them during the process.
