Dec. 14, 2020—This is the final week for shop employees to grade the performance of insurance companies via CRASH Network's "Insurer Repair Card," which is available through Friday, Dec. 18.
According to a press release, the "Insurer Repair Card" asks technicians to grade insurers based on their policies, practices, and customer service.
