Fixstation work area

FixStation is the modern and innovative solution by Symach, guaranteeing productivity and speed of delivery for repairs of one or two panels. It is a workstation where an operator with multiple skills autonomously, and without moving the vehicle, can perform 4 repairs per day — one every 2 hours on average - ensuring a delivery of the vehicle to the customer in less than half a day. The FixStation is a work area totally equipped with accessories, where the operator disassembles any damaged parts of the vehicle, repairs the panels, applies the primer and does the painting. The FixStation is equipped with a Flydry robot, which dries a panel in two minutes.
