Nov. 4, 2015—PPG Automotive Refinish announced on Tuesday the addition of its SUA1080 UV Primer and SU1081 UV Primer Post Wipe to its ONECHOICE universal ancillary brand.
SUA1080 uses the latest aerosol primer technology to combine high build with an industry-leading cure speed of only two minutes by UV lamp. Once the SUA1080 UV Primer has cured, the SU1081 UV Primer Post Wipe can quickly prepare the surface for sanding.
SUA1080 can be used on prepared steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, polyester body fillers, fiberglass and rigid and semirigid plastic, with the exception of polyethylene and polystyrene. The product can be used with all OEM and PPG refinish paint systems.
