GearWrench supporting students with tool program
GearWrench® has a new program that supplies student technicians with GearWrench tool sets as they get started on their careers.
The Technical Education Program (TEP) provides students with customized sets equipped with the tools necessary to meet repair and service challenges in the automotive, heavy duty, diesel, machinery and aviation fields.
The GearWrench TEP includes two introductory tool sets that include the fundamental tools required by most technical education curriculums. The basic sets, including a 121-piece introductory and 239-piece career builder, both come with a toolbox and tote tray. The career builder kit enables the student to expand with add-on products that offer flexibility as the student technician progresses through specialized training in a variety of fields. Add-ons include a 42-piece diesel, 39-piece auto body, 89-piece aviation and a 46-piece HVAC sets.
In addition, the GearWrench TEP includes a variety of intermediate sets for advanced specialization including a 254-piece intermediate diesel, 294-piece intermediate auto body, and 148-piece intermediate aviation sets, the company states.
