Adelmann, Weisberg join CREF's leadership circle
The donations from Adelmann and Weisberg will assist the organization in providing support to secondary and post-secondary collision repair students across the country. The organization has provided collision schools and students with $4 million in scholarship and grants since 2008.
ABRA Auto Body & Glass Executive Vice President Business Development Tim Adelmann said, “I believe in the work that the Collision Repair Education Foundation is doing to assist new students interested in collision repair. Everyone agrees that there is a shortage of young collision repair technicians entering the industry, and I just felt it was time for me to personally give back to the industry that has provided so much to me and my family.”
BodyShopBids.com Founder & CEO Brad Weisberg added, “It's important that we invest in the future of our industry and provide our youth access to the best possible resources. It's our job to ensure that young technicians receive the necessary training to carry on the quality and craftsmanship customary to the industry. The Collision Repair Education Foundation is a tremendous initiative and I am thrilled to be a part of it.”Industry professionals and businesses can make tax- deductible contributions by visiting the Foundation online at www.CollisionEducationFoundation.org or contact Associate Director of Development, Brandon Eckenrode at [email protected] or 847-463- 5244 for additional information.
