CLEVELAND, Ohio — Mentor, Ohio-based DCR Systems (www.DCRsystems.net) has announced the recent addition of Geoff Thomas as director of network development.

DCR Systems says it is one of the fastest growing companies in the collision repair industry, where Thomas will oversee all aspects of DCR’s physical locations nationwide, including facility construction, building content, equipment and facility maintenance, along with safety and compliance of new and existing locations.

Thomas comes to DCR Systems from Sterling Collision Centers, where he served two years as integration coordinator and the past three years as construction project manager. In those roles, Thomas was instrumental in the opening of 22 new facilities, constructing seven shops and performing 19 facility renovations.

“Geoff is an ‘A’ player and a huge part of our assembling the industry’s dream team,” says DCR Systems President and CEO Michael Giarrizzo, Jr. “We are fortunate to find Geoff at a point in his career that makes it possible to add him to our leadership team. In this role, Geoff will ensure that our world-class work environment not only is maintained, but continues to consistently improve across the network.”

Thomas joins DCR System at a time when the company is experiencing tremendous growth through the development of turn-key collision repair facilities at auto dealerships nationwide. The company is aggressively marketing an on-site, lean-based, patent-pending collision repair operation as an outsourcing alternative for dealers seeking to enhance their fixed operations revenue streams.
