ASE CBT Testing Registration Opens July 10
Leesburg, Va. – On July 10, the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) opens registration for the Summer ASE Computer-Based Tests (CBT) to provide flexibility in scheduling for busy automotive professionals. The ASE CBT tests, which offer instant test scores, are delivered at secure, proctored computer-based testing centers throughout the U.S. to ensure the security and reliability of the ASE tests. They are not available over the Internet.
Certification (and recertification) tests available include the Automobile Series, Medium/Heavy Truck Series, Collision Repair/Refinish Series, Service Consultant, and Automobile Parts Specialist (P2) tests. The two Advanced Level tests (L1 and L2) are also available.
Registration is open between July 10 and Aug. 15, 2006. Once open, you can register for the ASE CBT tests by calling (800) 525-6929 and testing will be conducted between July 17 and August 22, 2006.

Online registration for the November ASE traditional testing is now open as well. The deadline to register is September 30, 2006. Candidates can register for the Fall 2006 paper and pencil testing online at www.ase.com starting June 1st, 2006.
