Repair University to focus on hiring techniques

Sept. 21, 2011

Sept. 21, 2011—Collision Hub recently announced that the next episode of its educational video series, Repair University, will focus on building a powerful team, and offer tips on how to identify, interview and hire employees.

The episode, titled “Interviewing and Hiring in Today’s Body Shop,” will feature Daren Fristoe, president of The Fristoe Group Inc. (TFG), a provider of human resource services for businesses. It will air Sept. 22 at 1 p.m. CDT on CollisionHub.com.

“Predicting workplace behavior is the key to successful hiring and using effective interviewing processes will lead you to better hiring decisions,” Fristoe said. “TFG is bigger than human resources. It’s about the relationship between people and businesses—and bottom lines.”

The episode is the first presentation of a three-part series on human resource issues, according to Collision Hub. The second installment will focus on performance management, and the final presentation will focus on effective termination processes.

“Healthy and dynamic human resource systems are vital to sustainable business operations. Collision Hub is looking forward to providing this and other relevant and cutting-edge free training programs to the collision repair industry,” said Kristen Felder, founder and CEO of Collision Hub.
