Collision Solutions Network selects Summit’s digital products for all shops

Collision Solutions Network (CSN), has selected Summit Software’se-MarketPlace digital marketing, communications and customer retention platform.

Collision Solutions Network (CSN), a collision repair network in Canada, has selected Summit Software’s e-MarketPlace digital marketing, communications and customer retention platform for their entire collision repair network of 115 collision centers.

According to Summit and the Collision Solutions Network (CSN) the implementation of the e-MarketPlace platform is helping CSN members implement an email, text and on-line CSI program, improve in-process communications, customer retention, loyalty, and overall shop performance.

Frank Terlep, CEO and of Summit Software and Marketing Solutions stated, ”Kudos to the CSN network for having the vision to see and implement a next-generation marketing, communications, customer retention, loyalty and CSI platform.
