Uni-Select announces acquisition of Replacement Parts Depot Limited

The year is off to a good start for Uni-Select Inc. The Canadian distributor recently completed the acquisition of Replacement Parts Depot Limited (RPDL), adding yet another company to its laundry list of acquisitions from the previous year.

The year is off to a good start for Uni-Select Inc. The Canadian distributor recently completed the acquisition of Replacement Parts Depot Limited (RPDL), adding yet another company to its laundry list of acquisitions from the previous year.

RPDL is an automotive replacement parts distributor that operates a warehouse in Rexdale (Greater Toronto Area) in the Province of Ontario. RPDL is owned by and serves 22 automotive parts wholesalers and retailers and a number of independent automotive related businesses that service the Ontario market. Uni Select has entered into long-term supply agreements with the shareholders of RPDL.

The acquired business will become part of Automotive Group Canada and is expected to add annual sales of $25M.
