Over his twenty-plus year career in investment banking, Green has led numerous teams of investment bankers in the service of
corporate clients seeking to evaluate and execute complex
capital markets transactions. He personally has served as lead
investment banker on more than 100 different successfully
executed transactions including divestitures, acquisitions,
private placements, public offerings, recapitalizations,
management buyouts and debt restructurings across a broad
spectrum of industries, including the automotive aftermarket.
Green currently serves as the head of the Consumer Group for
BB&T Capital Markets.
CREW is designed to provide collision repair service
providers, property and casualty insurance personnel and
automobile physical damage industry suppliers, partners and
constituents with high-level, current information about the
rapidly changing industry.
Each webcast includes topical industry
information and a guest presenter. The
delivery format is a web-based visual presentation of the
content, a simultaneous audio conference call and the
capability for participants to question the presenters. Erick
Bickett of Fix Auto, Matthew Ohrnstein of Symphony Advisors, and
Vincent Romans of The Romans Group produce and present the
semi-monthly, one-hour webcast.
