Shop-Pro Equipment’s Mobile Work Station now certified as EPA compliant

Aug. 15, 2011

Aug. 15, 2011 – Shop-Pro equipment recently announced that its Mobile Work Station line of portable booths has been certified as compliant with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's 6H rule.

“I’m glad we can now provide our customers with a certificate reflecting the units’ compliancy to EPA 6H,” said Dan Carrig, general manager of Shop-Pro Equipment.

The certification by GRC-Pirk Management Company, Registered Environmental Assessors, is intended to provide current and future Mobile Work Station owners with the confidence they desire when using these unique units.

With its multi-stage filtration and self-contained enclosure, the Mobile Work Station provides a clean work area for prepping, sanding or limited high quality painting anywhere it’s needed without dedicated shop space or building and ventilation system modifications. In addition to the environmental benefits provided by its filtration, its patented recirculation system provides a significant reduction in energy costs.
