Innovative Solutions and Technology, LLC., a distributor of collision repair equipment in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, and a top-tier supplier of GYS welding machines, Autel ADAS Systems, and Chisum collision auto body repair tools, has announced the addition of Karl Kirschenman. Innovative has retained Kirschenman for the newly created director of business operations role, where he will lead the Innovative Solutions team.
Kirschenman is an automotive industry veteran who has extensive automotive experience. He has been a director of technology for an international, not-for-profit organization that develops and delivers technical training programs and services to professionals in all areas of the automotive collision repair industry. He has overseen product development of well-known industry national accounts and sales team training for an industry-leading data provider. Most recently, Karl Kirschenman was a director of corporate communication and technology for an American subsidiary of a leading global manufacturer of collision repair equipment. Karl holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication degree from Northern Arizona University.

Kirschenman’s job experience includes designing and installing complex technology solutions and custom software interfaces, CRM administration, budgeting, marketing, and brand strategist. Kirschenman has created, monitored, and identified action items for various organizations to address performance KPIs. In his career, Kirschenman has extensive experience in social media post content creation.
