SCRS Quick Tip: Calibration Requires Verification

A successful calibration on the screen doesn’t always mean the job is complete. In this video from Society of Collision Repair Specialists, Andy Tylka of TAG Auto Group and Josh McFarlin of AirPro Diagnostics break down what it really means to complete a proper calibration, starting with the correct setup and ending with a critical step many overlook: the test drive. 

While the software may show a “pass” or “complete,” that doesn’t necessarily mean the job is finished. You’ll hear why validating system performance, like lane keep assist, is essential to confirming the calibration was done right, not just completed.
