After introducing its new line of Chinese import pickup trucks and SUVs at last year's North American International Auto Show, CHAMCO AUTO (China America Cooperative Automotive, Inc.) stands ready to become the leading provider of qualified alternatives for the value-conscious, North American, truck-buying public. To expand potential customers' options, however, the company recently announced the selection of Indiana-based Advantage Truck Accessories as the supplier of tonneau covers and other accessories for its import vehicles. The CHAMCO AUTO SUV is built on a 112.2-foot wheelbase and is available in 2WD or 4WD. A similar sized 2 WD or 4WD four-door pickup truck will be introduced at the same time. Both are five-passenger vehicles. They will be shown at NADA, in San Francisco, Feb. 9-12. CHAMCO AUTO is on track to be the first company to deliver Chinese-built vehicles throughout North America.
