Nu-Look Collision Centers announces the opening of their newest shop in downtown Syracuse, NY, marking the company's 15th location.

Nu-Look Collision Centers announces the opening of their newest shop in Downtown Syracuse, NY. This will be the first location opening in this area.  Nu-Look Collision now has fifteen locations to service the Western & Central NY area. Fourteen of the previous locations have been located in around the Greater Rochester Area. Formerly home to Nick Orso’s Collision Center, at 638 West Genesee Street, the shop will repair vehicles of owners who live or work in the Syracuse area.

After 50 years, Mike Orso, owner of a 63-year-old family run business, is looking forward to retirement.  Mike said “this trade has been part of my life since I was 12 years old. My father planted great roots and some of our employees have been with us for over 30 years.” Nu-Look has been in negotiations with Orso’s for a while now. They look forward to continuing the reputation for quality repairs and personalized customer service.

“Over the last few years, we have seen a need to service other areas of Western NY, not just Rochester. We’ve been following Nick Orso’s and we felt they would be a good first step in entering the Syracuse market.  They are truly the ‘Gold Standard’ for that market,” noted Nu-Look Collision president, Todd Zigrossi. “Every time we visited Syracuse, I’d ask a vendor, a business owner, restaurant patrons; ‘Who is the best body shop in Syracuse?’ or ‘If you damaged your car, who would you go to?’ and time after time Nick Orso’s came up with top praises.”

As the locally-owned Rochester company continues to grow, customer satisfaction remains at the top of the priority list. “Providing quality repairs and honest, trustworthy service is our mission,” says Zigrossi. Nu-Look Collision prides itself on the fact that despite their growth, customers can visit any of their fifteen locations and be treated with a “mom and pop” level of service.

Nick Orso’s is certified in many car makes including: Ford, Ford Aluminum, Fiat-Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, SRT and Ram Trucks. Nissan, Infinity, Hyundai, and is GM recognized as an OEM provider, certified by Assured Performance Consumer Advocacy Group. They are also I-Car Gold Class Professionals.  Orso’s is the only solar powered body shop in Central NY achieving a NY Assembly Citation for its commitment to clean energy with 270 roof-mounted solar panels.

Current plans are to continue the local name recognition as “Orso’s Nu-Look Collision Center”. All employees will remain at the shop.
