The Troy location for H&V Collision Centers has been certified as a Honda ProFirst collision repair facility, with certification expected for the other three H&V locations, H&V announced.

The Troy location is at 7 Oakwood Avenue, and has been certified as a ProFirst location. The other three H&V locations, including shops in Colonie, Queensbury, and Saratoga are expected to be certified in the near future.

Certification for the Troy location as a ProFirst facility for Honda came after H&V met certain requirements and criteria set forth by Honda.

Honda recognizes shops like the H&V Troy location that have qualified as ProFirst as having a higher commitment to quality and customer satisfaction through training and technology.

The standards to qualify as a Honda ProFirst shop include training of technicians, specific repair procedures, specialized information about vehicle construction and other information and training.

“H&V Collision Centers is proud to have our Troy location be certified as Honda ProFirst locations, and looks forward to all H&V locations being certified with ProFirst,” says H&V’s Vartan Jerian Jr.

“Qualifying as a Honda ProFirst location means H&V in Troy is able to offer owners of Honda vehicles a high level of service and care, meeting the specifications of the manufacturer,” adds Jerian.
