The 12,000 square foot facility employs eight but will ultimately employ 20, the company said.

Chris Anderson, Vice President of Service King’s Arizona Market said, “We are very excited to serve both our customers and our insurance partners in our new Deer Valley location. Our insurance partners had a need for a first class collision repair center to help handle the many customers they have in the area. We look forward to providing superior service and quality to our customers.”

Service King was founded 36 years ago by Eddie Lennox with one location in Dallas, Texas. The Carlyle Group bought a majority stake in Richardson-based Service King, providing the capital necessary to grow nationally. In addition to nine Arizona shops, Service King has 24 in Dallas-Fort Worth, 12 in Houston, nine in San Antonio and six in Austin, Texas.
