May 24, 2011 — State Farm has partnered with Disney to ramp up for the June release_notes of the movie CARS 2.
State Farm's "Agents on a Mission" tour moves through 30 U.S. cities in the run-up to the June 24 theater release date of the animated children's movie CARS 2. In the film, which will show in select theaters in 3D and IMAX 3D, the main car characters travel overseas for a World Grand Prix and get involved in international espionage.
The "Agents on a Mission" plays off the international espionage theme, and features life-sized, remote controlled replicas of the film's characters. Families can act as "special agents" and participate in online promotional activities and games onsite. Promotion participants will be able to access special agent, "confidential" information and become eligible to unlock one of 18,000 prizes ranging from night vision goggles to a new Cadillac SRX.
