May 25, 2010—Board members of the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers (AASP) approved a proposal to establish a grant program for the collision and mechanical repair industries at its recent board meeting.

The grants aim to fund initiatives to improve and advance the industry, and help implement beneficial programs which otherwise may not have been created.

Grant applications will be accepted through Oct. 8 and will be reviewed in November by the AASP Board of Directors. Visit autoserviceproviders.com for more information.
