Oct. 26, 2015—Joe Carubba, president of Carubba Collision, presented a $10,000 check to the State for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) serving Erie County on Friday at the offices of the SPCA in Tonawanda, N.Y.

The donation came in part from the proceeds of the 3rd Annual Carubba Collision Golf Classic Tournament, which was held in August in Buffalo, N.Y.

“Thanks to the tremendous support we received from our sponsors and participants of our golf tournament this year, we are thrilled to present this check which will help support the construction of the new SPCA animal shelter project in West Seneca,” said Carubba.

“We are so appreciative of receiving this wonderful donation from the Carubba Collision Golf Classic. We know that Mr. Carubba is very passionate about animals and has been a supporter of the work that we do here at the SPCA,” said Jennifer Garver, development director.
