LAS VEGAS – VeriFacts Automotive gave Chrysler Corporation its ACE “Commitment to Consumers”Award. This award recognizes those manufacturers and other companies in the collision repair industry that continually provide services and willingly share product information with consumers, free-of-charge.

VeriFacts recognized the Chrysler Corporation for making their repair guidelines available to the collision repair industry for free. Chrysler joins General Motors in making their repair information available for free through the rest of 2008. After that, a one-time registration fee of $25 will provide a shop with this information for life. Access to this information online can be found on www.oem1stop.com.

“The Chrysler Corporation has gone ‘above and beyond’ to express their commitment to their customers,” said Farzam Afshar, CEO and co-founder of VeriFacts Automotive. “The free information provided by Chrysler will be an invaluable service to all collision repair centers around the country.”

“In today's world, return on investment is calculated by financial gains. Chrysler is looking at it as a way of ‘doing the right thing’ for their customers and for the right reasons,” stated Mark Olson, COO and co-founder of VeriFacts Automotive. “They are to be acknowledged and commended for their service to consumers and to the collision repair industry.”

Erica Schaefer, Chrysler LLC, Mopar Parts Collision Marketing Product Line Manager, noted, “Mopar is excited to launch our new Collision Repair Information website. In the past, we have provided the collision repair industry with technical and repair information through CDs and printed materials. Our goal is to make collision repair information more readily available to our customers.”
