Judges and industry experts RJ DeVera (Meguiar’s), Cam Miller (HS Customs), Jeremiah Proffitt (Proffitt’s Resurrection Land Cruisers), and Mike and Jim Ring (Ringbrothers) narrowed the Top 40 competitors to these Top 12 finalists.
