AP Exhaust Acquires Eastern Catalytic

Sept. 30, 2015—On Tuesday, AP Exhaust Technologies announced the acquisition of Eastern Catalytic, headquartered in Langhorne, Pa. The acquisition will combine AP’s full line exhaust offering and expertise with Eastern’s first-to-market catalytic converter emissions capabilities, positioning the company as a leading exhaust and emissions supplier in the North American automotive aftermarket.
