March 19, 2014—Shops representing 38 states and one Canadian province were recently recognized with Mitchell’s 12th Annual AutocheX Premier Achiever Awards.
The awards are given to collision repair shops that have displayed “excellence in customer service” throughout the U.S. and Canada. Shops are judged based on customer satisfaction scores as measured through the AutocheX system, which is used in Mitchell’s RepairCenter management system.
