Management Success! Offers Free Training Webinars

June 12, 2014

June 12, 2014—Management Success!, an automotive consulting firm, announced Tuesday it will continue its series of educational webinars with a June 18 session that starts at 4 p.m. PDT.

The free webinars, which are aimed at educating both auto repair and auto body shop owners, take place on the second-to-last Wednesday of each month, hosted by Robert Spitz, Management Success! vice president of business development. Spitz will be joined by two guest shop owners during each seminar—one from general repair and one from collision—who will share experiences and tips that can be used to achieve financial goals, even in difficult times.

A major topic for the series will be how to manage key production indicators (KPIs).

“You must have an accurate system of tracking and monitoring certain numbers across your business relating to marketing, sales, production, quality control, and profits,” Spitz said. “Understanding how these numbers work gives you a gauge of your business. Once you know your starting point, you can learn how to make adjustments to tremendously expand the success and profitability of your shop.”
