The Fristoe Group, Willis, Humana to offer employee benefits for repair industry

Sept. 30, 2010

September 30, 2010—The Fristoe Group (TFG) announced on Thursday its partnership with Willis Employee Benefits and Humana Inc. to create a benefits package specially designed for the collision repair industry.

The benefits are available at either at no cost to the employer or with employer contributions, and employers would be able to offer their employees financial security insurance plans, according to The Fristoe Group press release_notes.

The package includes three types of plans:
• Whole life insurance plans;
• Accident insurance plans, which provide coverage for off-the-job accidental injuries;
• Critical illness plans, which offer financial protection in the event of a serious illness.

“Employers of all types and sizes are struggling to offer insurance benefits to employees, but the collision repair industry has been particularly under fire,” said Daren Fristoe, owner and president of TFG. “This will be a very attractive solution to these employers because it offers a low cost or even zero-cost option for employers to offer financial security that employees desperately need in this economy.”

Additional plans and options will be available as the program expands in the coming months. For more information, go to thefristoegroup.com or call 816.392.7298.
