Hunter Engineering Releases New Heavy-Duty Alignment System

Nov. 25, 2013

Nov. 25, 2013—Hunter Engineering has released a new heavy-duty alignment system, WinAlign HD, allowing fleet operators to perform truck and trailer alignments without unhooking the trailer from the tractor.

The new system uses a kingpin adaptor giving the technician the option to align trailers with or without the tractor.

Hunter's new DSP700T heavy-duty sensors also reduce setup time by using its exclusive roll-forward compensation to align all six sensors at once without the need to jack each axle. The sensors, accurate to a range of 600 inches, communicate with Hunter’s WinAlign HD system to capture and produce live, simultaneous measurements on three axles in four minutes.
