ASA-Midwest to Host Telephone Techniques Training

Dec. 13, 2013—The Automotive Service Association-Midwest (ASA-Midwest) announced that it will hold a “Telephone Techniques–Power Phrases that Pay” training session on Jan. 23.

According to a press release_notes, the training, hosted by Margie Seyfer, will help those in attendance to better interact with customers over the phone. Seyfer will grade those in attendance.

Syberg’s Restaurant in Maryland Heights, Mo., will host the class from 6:30–8:30 p.m.

Those interested must register before Jan. 21, either by phone at 816.781.5801, by email ([email protected]) or online. Cost for ASA-Midwest members is $20, and it is $25 for non-members.
