Safelite Group Acquires Sun Auto Glass Assets

Safelite Group has announced the acquisition of Colorado-based Sun Auto Glass’s assets.

Safelite Group has announced the acquisition of Colorado-based Sun Auto Glass’s assets, according to a press release.

The transaction has been finalized as of September 29. It includes Sun Auto Glass’s locations in Cortez, Pagosa Springs, and Durango, Colorado.

Following the acquisition, Sun Glass Auto will utilize Safelite’s operational systems, advanced safety system recalibration expertise, distribution network, global purchasing power, and insurance and commercial relationships.

“It’s an exciting time in our business as we continue to expand our reach and provide the quality service our customers expect,” said Safelite President and CEO Renee Cacchillo. “We look forward to leveraging the skills our new team members bring and making them feel right at home.”
