Driven Brands Holds First EPG Meeting

Driven Brands recently held the first meeting for its EDGE Performance Group in Denver.

Driven Brands recently held the first meeting for its EDGE Performance Group (EPG), according to a press release.

The Driven Brands EPG meeting took place in Denver at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center. Over 100 CARSTAR and ABRA locations were present at the event, including franchise owners, managers, repair professionals, vendors and corporate team members.

Learning sessions were held for attendees that went over increasing each location’s performance and profit. New programs were unveiled by Driven Brands’ central review team that are meant to improve accuracy in estimates and reduce time on total loss estimates.

Owners and general managers made up a franchisee panel that discussed how to handle parts sourcing efficiency. A vendor trade show was also held, providing attendees the opportunity to meet current vendors and new vendor partners and to see new products.

“Through these events, we provide hands-on, solution-focused support for our franchise partners,” stated Damien Reyna, Driven Brands’ chief operating officer for U.S. Collision. “This is a great resource to achieve industry leading levels of operational excellence as well as new levels of customer satisfaction.”
