I-CAR Partners With American Honda
I-CAR has announced that it will be expanding its partnership with the American Honda Motor Company by offering additional online courses for repair centers in their network, according to a press release.
I-CAR vice president of sales and marketing Greg Ross said that the company plans to “support Honda/Acura with future delivery of 10 required online courses for collision repair facilities in their network” to be accessed alongside I-CAR’s other courses.
Repair facilities that currently have a Gold Class training subscription will also have the opportunity to “complete their Honda network training requirements with no additional fees.”
According to wholesale parts marketing national manager for American Honda Motor Company, Dane Rounkles, the company recently achieved “96% in I-CAR’s Gold Class program within our network.”
Ross said the company is looking forward to offering Honda/Acura network locations “the opportunity to receive accessible and relevant education that fulfills their network requirements while training towards I-CAR's highest industry credentials.”
The courses will be available online for the Honda/Acura Certified Collision Network, as well as “all collision repair professionals.”
