Gerber Collision & Glass Acquires Nine Texas Shops

Dec. 18, 2018—The Boyd Group announced on Monday the Dec. 14 acquisition of a multi-store operation consisting of nine collision repair centers located in Texas.

The shops had operated as Paceline Collision Centers since 1998. The centers are located in the Texas cities of Abilene, Copperas Cove, Killeen, Lampasas, Lubbock and Marble Falls.

The acquisition allows the Boyd Group to strengthen its presence in Texas and to introduce the brand and service model to new markets.
