The 2015 How I Work Survey

Dec. 1, 2015
An inside look at the backgrounds, shop processes and management strategies of today’s collision repair leaders
Business owners and operators are often defined by the success of their operations. But KPIs don’t tell the whole story.

In 2013, FenderBender launched its initial How I Work survey to dig into the aspects that make shop operators successful— the experiences, educational backgrounds, leadership philosophies and business practices that allow each industry leader to thrive in his or her unique business.

Two years later, we’ve done the same, with our 2015 How I Work survey, sponsored by PPG. The challenges facing the industry today are no less daunting than they were in 2013, but neither is the resolve of the business operators working to overcome them. The following pages profile those operators, providing a snapshot of what it means to be a collision repair leader in 2015.
