The third annual Automotive Service and Repair Week (ASRW) will hold an official Welcome Reception on Monday, Oct. 10, from 5:45 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Previously held near the show floor, this year's reception will take place at rumjungle, located inside the Mandalay Bay Hotel.

"This event has evolved from a NACE or CARS reception to an ASRW Reception, which is a significant step forward in uniting these events under the ASRW umbrella," says Ron Pyle, ASA president. "We are pleased that CCC Information Services will once again sponsor this event, and we hope everyone enjoys the celebration."

The reception will again feature complimentary hors d'oeuvres, beverages, and lively music. Tickets for the event are available in the Super Pass registration package or are $50 if purchased by the early-bird deadline of Aug. 17; $60 after, and can be purchased in the online registration system for NACE and CARS.

ASRW includes the International Autobody Congress & Exposition (NACE), the Congress of Automotive Repair & Service (CARS), Auto Glass Week, and the Automotive Service Councils of California (ASCCA) which makes it the industry's leading event for true professionals to conduct business, network and engage in industry issues. ASRW is scheduled for Oct. 10-13 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.

Many new show features and industry forums are currently in development for ASRW 2010.
