Federated Car Care Center has
launched a new interactive business course, the
Federated profit seminar, that gives its
participants suggestions on how they can gain
more profits and run their operations more
efficiently.
Entitled “More Profits & More Cash,” the
Federated profit seminar is an interactive
course that instructs service technicians about
increasing profitability by reviewing the
processes the shop currently employs and
suggesting ways those processes can be
improved. The seminar delivers business
strategy techniques to help cement the
relationships between Federated, its Car Care Center
members and the customers they serve.
