Michigan-based Belle Tire has implemented a “Belle Tire Price Challenge” that dares potential customers to find a lower price at any competing operation.

The chain’s management “knows they challenge themselves everyday to make sure that their prices are the lowest,” reports spokeswoman Laura Lilac-Tate. “They are instructing consumers to challenge them online, over the phone or right in a Belle Tire location,” she explains, noting that staffers “will even check other stores’ prices to prove that they have the lowest tire prices, period.”

The company, which covers portions of Michigan and Ohio, stocks more than 250,000 tires available for immediate installation, Lilac-Tate says. Brands carried include Goodyear, Michelin, Toyo, Kelly, BFGoodrich, Bridgestone, Continental and Sumitomo.
