This data is then sent electronically to Automotive Solutions servers where it is analyzed and returned in certificate form via email.
The program takes the process even further by offering the ability to custom-tailor service and tire coupons to generate up-sell opportunities and repeat business, according to the company. Service reminders can be built in as well. These features allow shops to expand their offering and encourage new business while providing the customer a complete, professional report on the condition of their vehicle.
In addition to the “Pre-Purchase Inspection”, other service levels are available including “Quick/Courtesy Inspection”, “Tire Inspection” or “Vehicle Profile” for easy, electronic documentation of each customer. All can be customized with store coupons, tire offers, and can be automatically e-mailed.
