Hawk Performance has been named the Official Brake Product of the National Auto Sports Association (NASA) for the 2008 season.

As part of this new partnership, Hawk Performance has launched a national contingency program that will benefit NASA’s entire membership. In addition to providing awards at all NASA regional events, Hawk Performance will also offer significant contingency programs for the NASA National Championships at Mid-Ohio and the 25 Hours of Thunderhill.

“NASA has become a major force in North American motorsports and we are very excited to be associated with such a professionally run operation. NASA’s growing membership represents what is truly unique and powerful about American grassroots racing.” states Carl Harbert, director of marketing.

Jerry DeMarino, director of performance products, adds, “Considering our dominant position with the NASA community, we felt it was important to show our support and create a means to educate new racers about the significant advantages of our brake pad products.”

Prizes range from $25 to $500 depending on place and class.
