Service King Collision Repair Centers is expanding its customer service onto the Web with a newly designed and highly interactive Web site, www.serviceking.com.

The new Web site is designed to provide customers with easy-to-use tools to schedule collision repair or auto glass repair appointments, check the status of their vehicle or receive an instant windshield repair quote. Offering convenience and instant information were two of the many improved customer service goals Service King wanted the new site to accomplish.

“We recognized that our customers want better and faster information about their vehicle because we all know that getting your car or truck fixed can be such an inconvenience,” says Jennifer Kirk, vice president of advertising and media. “The new Web site not only represents the high quality repairs and customer service that we provide at our repair facilities, but it also makes the customer experience that much better with more access to information about their vehicle and about our company and the services that we provide.”

Items found on the new site include a thorough resource section that helps customers with answers to common questions about auto accidents, repair estimates, rental cars and insurance claims and referrals. The many services Service King provides customers is also available which includes payment options, towing arrangements, mobile and on-site auto glass repair and replacement, and the written lifetime guarantee on all Service King repair work.

Licensed insurance agents and adjusters looking for state-approved education credits can register online for the free Service King Continuing Education Program with classes held throughout Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston. Customers can also locate the nearest Service King Collision Center by using the zip code search function that provides a map to the most convenient locations.

Service King Collision Repair Centers is one of the largest employee-owned collision repair centers in the United States and operates 22 Dallas-Fort Worth locations and five Houston locations.
