Opening day of the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) has been designated as NASCAR Celebrity Day to highlight NASCAR drivers and crew chiefs attending the show, which is scheduled for October 30 to November 1 at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

NASCAR drivers and crew chiefs attend AAPEX as invited guests of various exhibitors. For the 2007 Show, many drivers will make their first appearance at AAPEX on NASCAR Celebrity Day. Celebrities will also be at exhibitor's booths throughout the event.

On NASCAR Celebrity Day, there will be maps and signage to identify the times and locations of celebrity appearances and overhead monitors to show the most up-to-date list of celebrities scheduled to attend AAPEX.

Celebrity appearances will be listed prior to the event on the AAPEX Web site, www.AAPEXshow.com. Exhibitors who plan to have celebrities in their exhibit are asked to complete the entry form on the AAPEX Web site by September 7, 2007.

NASCAR celebrities who attended AAPEX last year included: drivers Ken Schrader, Kyle Busch, Jamie McMurray, J.J. Yeley, Robbie Gordon and Johnny Benson. Crew chiefs included Matt Borland, Tommy Baldwin, and Greg Zipadelli.
