BASF to host VisionPLUS performance group conference

March 29, 2011

March 29, 2011—BASF Automotive Refinish announced it will host a VisionPLUS Performance Group conference, a two-day interactive conference for collision center owners and managers that are involved with one of the company’s five performance groups.

The conference will be held at the Hilton Indian Lakes Resort in Chicago May 16-17.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in discussions, including industry updates, lean business strategies and an insurance relations discussion with an insurance executive, according to BASF.

Scott McKain, author of “Collapse of Distinction,” will conduct a workshop and help attendees create distinction from their competition, said Amjad Farah, manager of business development for BASF.

“Having all five of our performance groups together for this conference is a new endeavor for BASF,” Farah said. “We are eager to offer this special opportunity to our valued collision center managers and owners. When they collaborate with peers and apply the knowledge learned, they gain improvements in sales, profitability and customer loyalty.”

Contact your BASF representative to reserve a seat at the conference or go to for more information.
