BASF hires new central zone manager

Dec. 15, 2010—BASF Automotive Refinish announced on Wednesday that Nick Maloof is the new central zone manager effective Jan. 4.

For almost 20 years Maloof worked for BASF’s Construction Chemicals in sales management roles, according to a BASF press release_notes. For the past 10 years Maloof has been southern area manager for the company. He has a bachelor of science in physics from the University of West Georgia and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

“Nick has a history of outstanding sales growth and building strong customer relationships,” said Chuck Soeder, vice president of BASF Automotive Refinish North America. “I feel very fortunate to add him to the BASF Automotive Refinish team.”
