Dec. 28, 2012—Automotive paint and coatings distributor FinishMaster Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Uni-Select, has appointed Steve Arndt as president and chief operating officer.
Arndt’s new role is effective Jan. 1.
Uni-Select said Arndt has more than 20 years of experience with Indianapolis-based FinishMaster, which operates three major distribution centers and 164 branches in 29 U.S. cities. He previously served as vice president of national sales, and helped improve the company’s market share, operating income and vendor relationships.
“We are confident that Steve's professional and interpersonal merits will contribute to the continued success of FinishMaster,” the company said.
