3M to have presence at ASRW

Oct. 4, 2011—Organizers of the 2011 Automotive Service & Repair Week (ASRW) on Monday announced 3M has committed to have a presence at the event, including educational sessions, featured products and booth space on the show floor.

3M representatives Scott Peirce and John Spoto will instruct an educational session titled "Zeroing in on Profit Improvement Opportunities Through Process-Driven Repairs." The session is scheduled for Oct. 5 at 3 p.m., and will be repeated Oct. 7 at 4 p.m., according to ASRW organizers.

3M will also feature two products in the Product Showcase, a re-designed area on the ASRW show floor that will highlight new and green products. ASRW organizers said attendees who visit the Product Showcase can vote for their favorite product.

"3M is among a list of key exhibitors our attendees consistently request to see on our show floor, and we're happy to welcome them back for a second consecutive year in 2011," said Ron Pyle, president of the Automotive Service Association (ASA). "Their presence makes a statement to the collision repair industry, and we appreciate their support of ASRW."
3M can be found in booth N712 within the ASRW Expo, according to event organizers.

ASRW, which includes the NACE and CARS events, will be held Oct. 5-8 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. For more information, visit ASRWevents.com.
