The DEG received three inquiries on the same issue for Audatex, CCC and Mitchell. The shop had submitted these inquiries because they felt the time in the systems to replace the roof molding was not enough given the amount of rivets and time needed to remove the part. Audatex and CCC responded that they reviewed the procedure for the roof molding and increased the time in their systems. Mitchell responded that the current time in their system is enough and would not increase, even after a secondary request to review from the DEG. All three inquiries and results can be seen below.

7871 - Mitchell. Roof molding pays .8

7870 - Audatex. Paid .5 increased to 1.2

7854 - CCC. Paid .4 increased to 1.5
